Good to know before you start
Does the caregiver need to install anything?
No. The caregiver opens a link or scans a QR code in a regular browser and sees only what you allow — no account, no install.
Is my child's health data safe?
Allergies, medication and health notes are entirely optional and hidden from caregivers by default — you only share them once you explicitly turn that on for a specific access grant. The connection is encrypted, and passwords and access codes are stored only as hashes.
What if I need to remove a caregiver's access?
One tap in the app or panel revokes it instantly — the link and code stop working right away. You can also make access time-limited from the start, e.g. 24 hours.
Will BabySOS call emergency services for me?
No — BabySOS never places a call automatically. You always consciously press the “Call” button yourself. In a life-threatening situation call 112 straight away.
Is BabySOS free?
Yes. The FREE plan costs nothing and has no time limit. PREMIUM and FAMILY will arrive with the store releases — until then we charge nothing.
Which devices does BabySOS run on?
You can download the Android app from this site; an iPhone version is in the works. The parent panel works in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and caregivers use a link in any browser.
Can I keep profiles for more than one child?
Yes. Every child has their own profile, daily schedule and list of caregivers, and you switch between profiles with a single tap.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app or panel open “More” / “Account” and choose “Delete account”. Beforehand you can download a copy of all your data as JSON. Deletion is permanent and covers child profiles, schedules and caregiver access.
